  • Most exercises can be done with little to no equipment. It is recommended to have a yoga mat, wall space, weights, and a tennis racket/ball nearby. Additionally, resistance bands, foam rollers, or additional tools may be provided by Stick2it with some packages.

  • Not at all! Our program is designed to maximize your strength and movement as a tennis player. It is specific to the game of tennis with a focus on injury prevention and longevity with the supervision and guidance from a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
